Zencon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst to support a fast-paced, data-driven IT environment within a State government or equivalent organization. cations5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, data-driven IT environment (State government or equivalent preferred)5+ years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance testingStrong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)Experience with test planning, regression testing, and SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)Knowledge of accessibility testing (WAVE tool), acceptance testing, and testing documentation standardsAbility to quickly learn and test unfamiliar applicationsPreferred QualificationsBasic SQL knowledgeExperience with Selenium, Katalon, or other automated testing toolsExperience with security testing tools (e.g., Veracode)Experience with financial systems and Visio workflow documentation
