Digital Technology Accessibility Domain Leader

Bank of America seeks a Digital Technology Accessibility Domain Leader to drive enterprise accessibility strategy, product value delivery, and stakeholder alignment.

This leadership role combines product ownership, operating governance, risk management, and organizational collaboration to improve inclusive digital technology outcomes across the enterprise.

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business and technology strategy.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, needs, and adoption outcomes.
• Prioritize and refine backlog work across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Review scope and requirements to ensure delivery quality, resiliency, and business value.
• Provide leadership in risk, process, data-driven decision making, and organizational communication.
• Support accessibility governance through steering council and sub-committee oversight.
• Lead accessibility portfolio strategy and reporting activities.
• Oversee end-to-end accessibility exception processes.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on disability-focused technology topics.

• Senior accessibility domain expertise with strong relationship management and organizational leadership capability.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to balance risk and reward while operating in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with confidential and sensitive initiatives.
• Strong skills in Agile practices, stakeholder management, and solution delivery.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical decision-making skills.

• Experience managing people in enterprise technology organizations.
