Lead UX Designer - Agentic AI Platform

Deloitte is hiring a Lead UX Designer for its Agentic AI Platform (Zora AI). This role leads end-to-end design for GenAI-powered experiences and translates complex model capabilities into usable, trustworthy workflows across enterprise web platforms.

Location: Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (office model). Recruiting for this role is listed as ending on May 15, 2026.

• Own UX delivery across discovery, definition, design, validation, launch, and iteration.
• Translate product strategy and model capabilities into journeys, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
• Design AI-specific interaction flows including prompts, outputs, citations/provenance, feedback loops, and fallback behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in scalable component systems.
• Partner with research, engineering, product, and ML teams to align UX with constraints and evaluation signals.
• Define and measure UX success metrics such as task success, time-on-task, trust, and adoption.
• Ensure experiences meet accessibility standards and enterprise requirements.
• Mentor designers and elevate quality through critique and coaching.

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience delivering shipped digital products.
• Strong interaction design, visual design, and prototyping capability.
• 1+ year designing GenAI/AI features or similarly complex systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design.
• Ability to travel up to 10% based on client/work needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

• Experience designing LLM assistants, agentic workflows, retrieval/search, or evaluation/feedback systems.
• Experience with prompt-based prototyping tools (e.g., Figma Make).
• Experience leading junior UX designers and balancing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with inclusive design, trust/safety/governance UX, and regulated environments.
• Service design and end-to-end journey mapping experience.
