Accessibility & Starfish Manager/Counselor

This role combines student mental health/personal counseling with disability services coordination. The person reports to the Director of Holistic Support and serves as Coordinator of the Office of Accessibility and Resources (OARS), as the College's ADA coordinator, and as the primary administrator of the Starfish retention system.

• Provide comprehensive mental health and personal counseling services to support student well-being
• Serve as Coordinator of the Office of Accessibility and Resources (OARS), ensuring equitable access and appropriate accommodations for students with disabilities
• Function as the primary manager of the Starfish retention system
• Serve as the ADA coordinator for the College
