In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that digital products are accessible and inclusive for all users, including individuals with disabilities. The Accessibility Testing Analyst is responsible for evaluating digital products against accessibility standards and supporting compliance across different regions and regulatory frameworks. This role focuses on identifying accessibility barriers, documenting findings, and helping improve the overall user experience.
Perform accessibility testing using assistive technologies, screen readers, and other testing tools - Evaluate digital products against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Identify accessibility barriers that may affect individuals with disabilities - Accurately document accessibility issues, defects, and testing findings - Create test documentation, including test plans and test reports - Prepare and present accessibility testing results to stakeholders - Collaborate with designers, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to support accessibility compliance Must-Have Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - At least 2 years of experience in a technology-related role involving web technologies - Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience in web product testing or software testing - Experience creating test documentation, including test plans, test reports, and issue documentation - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Empathy and understanding of user experience, particularly for individuals affected by accessibility barriers - Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Familiarity with screen readers, keyboard accessibility, and WCAG standards - Experience using aXe browser plugins or similar accessibility testing tools - Experience with NVDA, JAWS, or similar screen reader technologies - Accessibility testing experience Why Join Us - Opportunity to build expertise in digital accessibility and inclusive user experiences - Exposure to accessibility standards, tools, and technologies - Collaborate with designers, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders - Play a meaningful role in improving digital accessibility for all users - Hybrid flexibility + company-provided equipment - HMO coverage from Day 1 (including 4 dependents) - Life & accident insurance upon hire - Competitive compensation + annual merit increases - Retirement package with company matching - Generous leave credits (24 PTOs + additional after tenure) - Continuous learning through workshops, certifications, and training sessions
