Sr. Manager, Experience Design, Agentic & Conversational Product Design

Senior Manager, Experience Design role at Pfizer focused on AI-first product delivery in Forward Impact Teams. The role leads rapid prototyping and end-to-end experience design for agentic and conversational products that support patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams.

This position operates across design strategy and hands-on execution, partnering closely with product and engineering to validate high-impact concepts quickly while maintaining accessibility, scalability, and measurable product outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end UX delivery for rapid MVP and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Design agentic AI workflows with human-in-the-loop controls, transparency, and safe fallback behavior.
• Own conversational UX patterns for chat/voice, including dialog design, repair flows, and escalation paths.
• Extend and operationalize AI-first design-system patterns across products and pods.
• Mentor designers and cross-functional partners on rapid prototyping and AI-enabled design methods.

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive UX design experience delivering complex digital products.
• Demonstrated experience with conversational UX and agentic AI interaction design.
• Proven experience with AI-driven prototyping and iterative delivery in fast-paced teams.
• Strong accessibility expertise with hands-on WCAG 2.1 AA compliance delivery.
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional leadership.

• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical product environments.
• Experience with service design and journey mapping methods.
• Experience with LLM product patterns and responsible AI UX guardrails.
• Experience partnering with Product/Engineering on measurable roadmap outcomes.
• Experience with design systems at enterprise scale.
