AppleCare On-Device Quality Engineer

This Quality Engineer role sits on Apple's AppleCare Product Ops team, focused on the AppleCare On-Device channel. The engineer plans, builds, schedules, coordinates, and implements tests for projects, working alongside PMs, developers, and testers across multiple teams to ensure product quality and continuously improve testing practices.

• Participate in releasing system improvements and new functionality from Development to Production through quality engineering
• Lead end-to-end test activities: test strategy, test process management, team coordination, and communication
• Determine the test automation approach and scope for each project effort
• Work with cross-functional teams to support release project testing and post-Release/Change review
• Develop test plans and facilitate creation of test cases and test scripts across multiple projects of varying size
