Research and Policy Intern

Position: Research and Policy Intern at Disability:IN - Remote, US

Disability:IN is the leading nonprofit resource for business disability inclusion worldwide. This internship supports the Research and Policy team with data collection, analysis, and research initiatives related to disability employment and inclusion.

Salary: $20/hr

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from surveys, reports, and external sources
• Conduct literature reviews and summarize findings to support research initiatives
• Help prepare research briefs, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on research priorities and deliverables
• Draft summaries for research-related projects
• Complete other duties as assigned that contribute to Research and Policy team effectiveness

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or similar) and survey platforms is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask, with attention to detail and capacity to meet deadlines
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Interest in disability inclusion and commitment to Disability:IN's mission
