Consultant, Data Designer (Customer Solutions)

This role sits on the Customer Interaction and Journey Management team, reporting to the Manager, Customer Solutions. The Data Designer curates customer interaction data across all enterprise touchpoints, working a hybrid schedule (2 days per week in the Columbus, Ohio office).

• Develop data mappings and source-to-target ETL specifications
• Support journey contextualization and customer profiling
• Create and maintain detailed data documentation
