Senior Product Manager - Web & Mac Experiences (AI/ML) | Microsoft AI

Microsoft AI is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Web and Mac experiences to deliver high-fidelity, accessible, and performant user journeys across desktop-class and modern web interfaces.

This role drives execution across interaction design, system dependencies, telemetry, experimentation, and quality/performance outcomes in a fast-moving AI product environment.

• Lead end-to-end execution of web/macOS product scenarios and interaction patterns.
• Define information architecture and component reuse strategies.
• Drive performance and reliability KPIs (e.g., FMP, latency, memory).
• Partner with design teams on design-system alignment, accessibility, internationalization, and responsive behavior.
• Coordinate dependencies across identity, payments, content, and safety teams.
• Communicate progress/risks and proactively unblock delivery.
• Establish telemetry, quality bars, and operational rhythms that sustain shipping velocity.

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years product management experience.
• Proven track record shipping desktop and/or web products at scale with accessibility embedded.
• Strong systems thinking across platform capabilities, browser constraints, and performance tradeoffs.

• Design/UX background with ability to author/review detailed UX specifications.
• Familiarity with macOS HIG and modern web foundations (React, TypeScript, performance tooling).
• Experience with AI product features and data-informed iteration.
