eLearning Implementation Specialist

Position: eLearning Implementation Specialist at Catharsis Productions - Remote (Full-Time, option for Part-Time)

This is a technical implementation role, not a traditional help desk position. You'll be responsible for configuring complex, multi-variable eLearning programs from the ground up—managing intricate setups where every client deployment is unique. Success requires exceptional attention to detail, strong technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to build client relationships primarily through written communication.

• Configure and deploy approximately 100 unique eLearning program setups annually
• Build and edit programs using Articulate Storyline; publish files for internal LMS and create SCORM packages
• Conduct quality assurance and accessibility testing on all program content and functionality
• Oversee automated reporting systems and email workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to program setup, integration failures, and system configurations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships primarily through email communication
• Enter and verify data accurately in Salesforce CRM

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in technical implementation, system configuration, or learning technology deployment
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-variable technical setups
• Experience with client-facing multi-dependency technical project timelines

Preferred:

• Experience in eLearning and LMS platform deployment
• Experience with Articulate Storyline or other course authoring tools
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with HappyFox or other tech support ticketing system

Technical Knowledge Required:

• LMS functionality, structure, configuration, SCORM standards
• Articulate Storyline for building, editing, and publishing content
• CRM platforms and data integrity principles
• SFTP protocols, file paths, secure data exchange
• WCAG/508 guidelines and eLearning accessibility best practices
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
