The purpose of this position is to support all programs in the planning, development, and implementation of recruiting and hiring strategies aimed at selecting high-quality staff able to provide effective protective and regulatory services to families in need. The position implements recruitment efforts by following talent acquisition strategies that support the success of agency caseworker positions. The position must develop and maintain effective working relationships with program staff, Health and Human Services staff (HHSC), and CAPPS Service Center staff, Professional Development Division staff, Universities and Colleges, and Workforce professionals. The position may lead or supervise the work of others.
