HR Talent Analytics Consultant

This role sits within Truist's HR Talent Management function and is responsible for enabling the Enterprise Performance and Succession Planning Events strategy, using talent data to solve complex talent and business challenges. It reports to the Director of Enterprise Talent Management and involves direct consultation with Talent Strategists and Senior HR Leaders. The position has in-office expectations.

• Enable and support annual events and programs that improve organizational effectiveness through data-driven talent insights
• Consult directly with Talent Strategists and Senior HR Leaders
• Use talent data to solve complex talent and business challenges
