IT Business Analyst-Accessibility and EIR Compliance

This role focuses on testing and auditing digital products, applications, and content for ADA Title II compliance, specifically WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and evaluating vendor accessibility compliance through review of Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates (VPATs).

• Performs comprehensive manual and automated accessibility testing on web applications, online learning platforms, student portals, and digital documents
• Conducts in-depth auditing using specialized assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, TalkBack, VoiceOver)
• Serves as subject matter expert (SME) reviewing vendor VPATs
• Creates and executes detailed test cases and defect reports
