This role serves as the subject matter expert for accessibility of vehicles and stations, working to close gaps between existing infrastructure and the needs of people with disabilities. The manager champions initiatives so that products, services, and environments are accessible to all, working closely with external partners and internal staff.

• Liaise with external partners and disability advocacy groups
• Act as the subject matter expert in vehicle and station accessibility
• Develop and implement accessibility policies and guidelines
• Educate employees on accessibility best practices
