Sr. Advisor, Translational Innovation

This role acts as a strategic consultant to the James CEO, COO, and Executive team, helping faculty and staff translate research into innovative solutions that advance the OSU Cancer Program's mission. The position sits within the Translational Innovation Center, which connects emerging technologies with compliant, measurable implementation in cancer care and research, and leads organizational planning, analytics, and operational support to accelerate innovation.

• Serve as a key consultant to the James CEO, COO, and Executive team
• Enable faculty and staff to translate research and work into innovative solutions supporting the OSU Cancer Program's mission and vision
• Lead organizational planning, analytics, and operational support for the Translational Innovation Center
• Accelerate innovation through structured governance, feasibility assessment, and pilot execution
• Foster partnerships across academic, clinical, and corporate sectors to advance translational discovery and commercialization
