Teacher/Guide - Grades K–5

Tradewinds School is Hawaii's first dedicated elementary school for gifted and profoundly gifted children (grades K-5), opening in Fall 2026. As a founding teacher/guide, you'll help shape the school's culture and educational approach from the ground up, moving beyond standard acceleration or enrichment to provide true differentiation for students with asynchronous development.

• Facilitate personalized learning journeys for a small group of 8-12 students spanning multiple grade levels
• Use adaptive learning technology to support differentiated instruction
• Help shape the school's founding culture and educational approach as part of the initial teaching team
