Technical Writer

Sentar, an employee-owned company, is hiring a Technical Writer to research, outline, write, and edit technical documentation supporting a customer's forensic and investigative ecosystem. The role involves close collaboration with development teams and subject matter experts to produce clear, organized documentation across multiple formats.

• Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content for technical documentation
• Work closely with development teams to understand project requirements
• Gather information from subject matter experts to develop procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
• Identify documentation repositories and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage
• Create and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards
• Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability
