Youth Services Supervisor (Youth Group Leader)

This is professional and supervisory work within a treatment program for youth committed to the custody of the Missouri Division of Youth Services. The role involves working alongside staff in day treatment and residential programs to create a safe, therapeutic, and educational environment for youth.

• Assume a leadership role together with staff for the safety, personal conduct, care, and therapy of youth in a group
• Implement group and individual treatment plans
• Maintain security in buildings, grounds, and other posts
• Intervene during emergencies
