Software Engineer

Develop and maintain high-quality frontend components and user interfaces across our products. * Contribute to and evolve our component library. * Drive accessibility best practices and ensure compliance with accessibility standards. * Collaborate closely with designers to translate designs into polished, responsive, and user-friendly experiences. * Improve frontend consistency, usability, and maintainability across applications. * Participate in agile development processes and contribute to team discussions, planning, and reviews. * Support and mentor other frontend developers on UI development best practices.

Must-Have * Strong experience with React and TypeScript. * Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend styling approaches. * Proven experience building and maintaining component libraries or design systems. * Strong knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, screen readers, etc.). * Experience with Storybook or similar component documentation tools. * Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and translate Figma designs into production-ready interfaces. * Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Nice to Have * Experience with Figma and design handoff workflows. * Experience defining and maintaining frontend standards and best practices. * Familiarity with automated accessibility testing tools. * Experience using GitHub and participating in code reviews. * Previous mentoring or coaching experience. * Familiarity with agentic AI development Bonus Skills * Familiarity with Scrum and agile methodologies. * Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence). * Experience with frontend performance optimization.
